Our store, warehouse and service shop are at 4008 Myrtle Street, Burnaby, BC V5C 4G2. We serve Metro Vancouver in person and ship across Canada.
Do you ship Ingersoll Rand tools across Canada?
Yes. We ship to every province and territory. Shipping is a $20 flat rate, and free on orders over $300. Heavy and oversized items such as pavement breakers, hoists and large impact wrenches ship at a $150 flat rate. We currently ship within Canada only.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices on IRTOOLS.CA are in Canadian dollars and orders ship from Canada, so there are no cross-border brokerage fees or surprise duties.
Do you repair Ingersoll Rand tools?

How do I make an Ingersoll Rand warranty claim?
As an authorized Ingersoll Rand warranty service centre, we can assess and process warranty claims. Most Ingersoll Rand industrial tools are covered for 1 year from purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, and some tools have longer coverage. Bring or ship the tool to us with your proof of purchase.
Can you find an Ingersoll Rand part if it isn't listed on the website?
Usually, yes. We list hundreds of genuine IR parts and tune-up kits, but we can order almost any Ingersoll Rand part. Send us the tool model number and the part number or a description, and we'll quote it.

Yes. Westcoast Tool calibrates torque wrenches and torque tools in-house, including Ingersoll Rand precision fastening tools.

What is the difference between Ingersoll Rand air tools and IQV20 cordless tools?
Ingersoll Rand air (pneumatic) tools run on compressed air and are lighter and more durable for all-day shop use. IQV20 cordless tools run on Ingersoll Rand 20V lithium-ion batteries and suit mobile work away from a compressor. We stock both and can help you choose.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Pacific Time. We are closed weekends and statutory holidays. You can order online at any time.
