Become an IRTOOLS.CA Reseller
Tool dealers, industrial suppliers, and equipment distributors across Canada can apply to purchase Ingersoll Rand tools and parts through IRTOOLS.CA for resale. Approved resellers can order online on account instead of paying by card.

Credit application
To apply for a reseller account with Net 30 terms, email info@irtools.ca with the subject line Reseller Credit Application and include the following:
Business information
- Company legal name and operating name (if different)
- Business address and shipping address(es)
- Phone number and website
- Type of business (sole proprietor, partnership, corporation)
- Years in business
- GST/HST registration number
- Provincial sales tax / resale exemption number, where applicable
Contacts
- Owner or principal: name, title, email, phone
- Accounts payable contact: name, email, phone
- Name and email of each person who will place orders
Credit information
- Requested credit limit
- Estimated monthly purchases
- Bank name, branch and contact (bank reference)
- Three trade references: supplier name, contact name, phone and email
How approval works
- Send your completed application to info@irtools.ca.
- We review your application and may contact your references.
- If approved, we set up your business account with your payment terms and email your buyers an invitation to log in.
- Your buyers log in, enter a PO number at checkout, and order on account.
All reseller and credit accounts are subject to approval. Payment terms and credit limits are set at our discretion and may be reviewed at any time. New accounts may begin on prepaid terms until a payment history is established. By submitting an application, you authorize IRTOOLS.CA to contact the bank and trade references provided.
