RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Products may be returned subject to the following conditions:
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
The customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with the return.
Original freight charges are non-refundable.
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number from IRTOOLS.ca. before returning any product. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Return Process
Contact IRTOOLS.ca to request a Return Authorization Number before shipping any products back.
Ensure all items are securely packed in original packaging and are in resellable condition.
Ship the product to the address provided, with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the applicable refund (minus the 25% restocking fee ) will be processed if all conditions are met.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Products not in original packaging or not in resellable condition will not be eligible for return or refund.
Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
